Exchange and return
This return policy applies to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. After 14 days from receipt of your order, an exchange or return is unfortunately no longer possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.


There are certain situations in which only a partial refund is granted or a refund is refused.


  • - All items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged.
  • Any item that is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault(s).

All items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited to your account using the payment method you used for your purchase.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your

Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.

Shipment
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You are expected to return the item using a shipping service or insurance. The sender is always responsible for shipping, and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged item to arrive.

In accordance with legal regulations, we would like to inform you that our shipping originates from abroad. Consequently, our warehouses are also located abroad. Please note that all returns and refunds must be sent to our address abroad to ensure a successful refund.
