Right of withdrawal
Exchange and return
This right of return applies to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. Unfortunately, after 14 days from receipt of your order, exchanges or returns are no longer possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product must also still be in its original packaging.


There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be granted or a refund will be refused.


  • - Any items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged.
  • Any item that is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Any items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have approved the return, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically credited to your account using the payment method you used for your purchase.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your
bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time for your refund to be officially transferred.

Exchange
We only replace items that are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, please email us at Info@Aurelisse.de

Shipment
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
You are expected to return the item using a shipping service or insurance. The sender is always responsible for shipping and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned
Received item.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged item to arrive.
Note on shipping and returns:
In accordance with legal regulations, we would like to point out that our shipping is handled from abroad. As a result, our warehouses are also located abroad. Please note that all returns must be sent to our international address to ensure a successful refund.
